# Removing the PDF Converter toolbar icon for multiple users

Here are the steps to perform a distributed removal of the SWING PDF Converter toolbar icon from the end-users' Notes clients.

1\. In your **PDFConverter.nsf** database open the **Toolbar Icon Installation** menu, go to the **REMOVE the SWING PDF Converter icon** section, select users from your Address Book (3), and click **Send** (4).

2\. The selected recipients will now receive an email containing the removal instructions and a hotspot which is used to trigger the un-installation process. 

After performing the toolbar icon removal procedure, the end-users will need to restart Notes once in order to refresh the toolbar.
