# Error - Type mismatch (13)

## **Description**

`Type mismatch(13)` \
`at SwPDFC.SwPDFMain.GENERATEPDF : 35` \

`at SwPDFC..PDFLib.SWCREATEPDF : 149`

## **Solution**

The above error may occur if PDF Converter's settings documents get corrupted. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Open your PDF Converter database in Lotus Notes
2. Go to Settings -> General Settings
3. Click on Edit Settings and click Save (without changing any settings).

You should follow a similar procedure for PDF Settings:

1. Go to Settings -> PDF Settings
2. Double click on PDF Setting that you are using (by default it is the Print setting)
3. Click on Edit Settings and Close & Save
