If your PDF file contains attachments you can easily access them by double-clicking the attachment icon.
The attachments can also be found in the Attachments panel of your PDF reader software (e.g. in Adobe Reader X, the Attachments panel is located in View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Attachments). You can also simply click on the paperclip icon (see below image).
