If you get this Notes password issue:
Please follow these steps:
1) Open Seascape and navigate to Actions → Installation → Verify Installation.
2) When the verification window appears, click "Verify Installation".
3) If all items have a green tick (as shown in our screenshot), then go to Actions → External JVM → Reset user credentials.
4) In the popup window, enter your credentials, then exit Seascape and try running the conversion again.
5) If the issue persists after completing steps 1–4, navigate to Settings and change the JVM in use to Notes JVM instead of External JVM.
