Conversion profile / general settings extraction [for Administrators]

To extract customized conversion profiles or the general settings XML document from SWING Porter follow these steps:

1. In MS Outlook, select the SWING PORTER ribbon and click Settings:

2. In the Settings window, create a New conversion profile or Edit an existing one:

3. When done, press OK to close both windows. This action will force SWING Porter to extract custom conversion profiles and general settings to hard drive.

The conversion profiles and general settings are now extracted in:

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\SWING Software\SWING Porter for Outlook\Settings

4. Copy the conversion profile and the general settings XML files to a desired location.
