# Export current folder to PDF

1\. In order to export the current folder to PDF first click on the folder (e.g. Inbox), then choose your conversion profile and the destination folder **(2)**, and finally hit the **Export** button **(3):**

**Note:** The conversion profiles allow you to export your emails to **separate PDF files**, to a **PDF binder**, or to a **PDF package**. For more information on these types of PDF output, please see [this page](/porter-for-outlook/using-porter-for-outlook/types-of-pdf-output.md).

2\. The progress of the export will be shown in a pop-up window:\\

3\. Once the export is completed, a confirmation message will be shown and the PDF file(s) will appear in the selected destination folder:
