1. In order to export multiple emails to PDF first select the emails (1), then choose your conversion profile (2) and the destination folder, and finally hit the Export button (3):
Note: The conversion profiles allow you to export your emails to separate PDF files, to a PDF binder, or to a PDF package. For more information on these types of PDF output, please see this page.
2. The progress of the export will be shown in a pop-up window**:**
3. Once the export is completed, a confirmation message will be shown and the PDF files will appear in the destination folder:
