# Export a single email to PDF

1\. In order to export a single email to PDF, select the email **(1)**, choose your conversion profile **(2)** and the destination folder, and finally hit the **Export** button **(3)**

2\. The progress of the export will be shown in a pop-up window\*\*:\*\*

3\. Once the export is completed, a confirmation message will be shown and the PDF file will appear in the destination folder. If needed, you can also email the PDF file by using the **Send by e-mail** button:
