# SharePoint Archive v4

SWING Seascape enables you to easily archive your Lotus Notes content in a **SharePoint library** or a **SharePoint list.**

The archiving process consists of two steps:

1. Exporting your Notes data to a staging folder on disk.
2. Uploading the data from the staging folder into SharePoint using the **SharePoint Upload Utility**.

Here is an example of how the uploaded PDF files, metadata, and attachments are displayed in the **SharePoint library**:

![](/files/-MlB5vOiazGcFpQrj338)

Here is an example of how the uploaded metadata is displayed in the **SharePoint list**:

![](/files/-MlB5zJ5yFXAX4xEM1Xj)

Note that the Notes attachments can be accessed in the a SharePoint list by opening the list item properties in the properties panel on the right:

![](/files/-MlB646DgRbyInqZRxmC)
