# How to export hidden email folders

The Inbox and several other Notes mail-file folders are by default hidden.\
In order to include such folders in your export, click on the Show hidden settings in your folder selection window.

Your hidden mail-file folders will now be shown in the folder list and you can select them. For example, to include your Inbox in the export, select the ($Inbox) hidden folder.
