# How to manually activate an API enabled database

In case API enabled database does not have internet access for automatic activation it is required to activate SWING PDF Converter manually. 

SWING PDF Converter API enabled database can be manually activated by following this steps:

1. Open SWING PDF Converter enabled database in Domino Designer.
2. In Domino Designer, make sure that correct database is selected. 
3. Expand "Code" -> "Agents".
4. Right click on "(ActivateLicenseManual)" agent and select "Run Agent".
5. Follow on screen wizard and you are done.
