Error - Cannot write or create file (file or disk is read-only)

Description

The below error message appears upon attempt to open the PDF Converter .nsf file.

Solution

This problem occurs if you try to open the .nsf file from inside the .zip package file without extracting the file first. Therefore you should right-click on the PdfConverter.zip file, extract the .nsf file to desired location and then open it from there.
