# Error - Cannot write or create file (file or disk is read-only)

## **Description**

The below error message appears upon attempt to open the PDF Converter .nsf file.

## **Solution**

This problem occurs if you try to open the .nsf file from inside the .zip package file without extracting the file first. Therefore you should right-click on the **PdfConverter.zip** file, extract the .nsf file to desired location and then open it from there.
